6317 Engagement Marketing Analyst
Responsible for campaign measurement & analytics across our communication channels with our Guests & Hosts: email, push, onsite, & any future channels.
Design experimentation & measurement plans in a rapid test & learn model to garner the right insights to power systematic improvements to lifecycle campaigns.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify actionable user insights / trends and make recommendations that inform & impact the Engagement strategy and roadmap, covering all aspects of Engagement from content to segmentation.
Identify new areas of growth and opportunity based on untapped user attributes, lifecycle / funnel insights, data-driven product discovery.
Support data needs in campaign operations, from opportunity sizing to prioritization.
Build and manage comprehensive daily, weekly and monthly reporting to help drive high-level oversight of program health, proactively developing regular insights from data to enable performance management.
Influence through data storytelling, persuading and engaging key stakeholders across teams by communicating data-driven insights and recommendations.
6+ years of experience, with at least 1+ years supporting large-scale.
6+ CRM and/or lifecycle marketing programs in an Analytics function.
6+ with proven experience in driving growth and efficiency.
Hands-on experience with analytical techniques like regression (multivariate, logistic, etc.), customer modeling (segmentation, CLV, propensity modeling), forecasting, econometric modeling and marketing analytics, etc.
Proficient in SQL, experience with R / Python / other statistical programming languages and technical environments, proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker or Power BI.
Excellent communication skills and ability to structure a compelling storyline to present a narrative using actionable data-driven insights.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects and juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and find answers to the right questions.
Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams from Engineering to Design Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
