6191 Business Operations Project Manager
Duties:
Project Management
Assist with Kanban board management and project execution while raising key risks, identifying dependencies, and highlighting wins across the team
Build project plans, workback calendars, and support the team in removing blockers that impede delivery
Support on change management initiative
Communications Support
Drafting emails/slack messages, building decks and spreadsheets, supporting event planning/execution, all hands development etc.
Own team building and new hire communications focused on fostering a welcoming and thriving team culture
People and Culture
Support key initiatives for our 2022 people and culture strategy
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across our team
Data Management
Support the development of dashboards for key business operations metrics related to hiring, budget, people engagement etc.
Skills:
Proficient in Asana, Google suite (Sites, groups, group calendars, shared drives, docs, sheets, etc.) and Lucid Chart
Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
Strong history of building and maintaining relationships across all levels of an organization
Demonstrated and thoughtful business judgment, and ability to work well under pressure
Project management professional with certification and/or 3-5 years experience
Demonstrated capacity for analysis; strong attention to detail
Embodies and inspires the Company’s Core Values
Tech/Startup or consulting experience
