6170 Project Manager
Seeking a project manager within the Experience Design Team under Experience Operations.
The Experience Design team represents the formal emergence of human-centered design practice within the brand.
As a new team, we will pursue the integration of Design Thinking and other human-centered design methodologies in support of our evolving products, services, and employee offerings.
The Experience Design Project Manager role is an integral part of how we successfully deliver the Experience Design roadmap throughout the fiscal year.
This individual will be responsible for the project initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing across the Experience Design roadmap and associated projects.
In line with PMI project management standards, the Project Manager will support end-to-end project delivery on time, and within budget at a high level of quality.
Working as a unifier and bridge-builder across cross-functional teams and the Project Manager will also be responsible for capturing and reporting success metrics and project earned value.
The Project Manager is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Experience Design Director while working across a matrixed organization.

The ideal candidate will need strong project management skills, and solid communication capabilities, and prides himself/herself on being innovative and driving new ways of working.
Bachelor’s Degree is required; Graduate level or higher degree is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
5+ years’ work experience in hands-on project management or program management ideally within Healthcare, Biotech, or Technology working with internal employees and consulting teams.
Strong expertise using project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Software Development Lifecycle (such as SDLC, JAD) as well as online collaboration tools (such as Miro, Confluence, Adobe Creative Cloud, Visio, Jamboard).
Ability to apply change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci).
Proven experience in process improvement (Rapid Process Improvement, Rapid Prototyping, Six Sigma).
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects to completion.
Ability to communicate complex concepts simply, verbally, and in writing.
Ability to create high-quality project reports and simple, succinct, visually compelling presentations.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse set of team members and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Proven ability to obtain, analyze and use the information for effective decision-making.
Proven ability to establish effective customer and stakeholder relationships with others internal and external to the organization.
