5376 Contracts Administrator

Duties:
Ability to research vendors within SpringCM, Coupa / Spend Source to determine if vendors are active in our system, prior to contracting new relationships.
Using SpringCM, our contracts management system, drafting multiple contract types: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Amendments, Scopes of Work, and Change Orders, for example:
Creating and submitting requisition requests using Coupa / Spend Source, spend management tool. Monitoring and tracking a large volume of contracts from draft to final signatures using SpringCM, which may include Docusign workflows and monitoring.
Monitoring and tracking a large volume of requisition requests from submission to financial approval and PO creation.
Acting as a liaison, internal business partners, and outside vendors to facilitate contract execution.
Building and maintaining relationships with business partners.
Engaging with other functional areas within to assess and respond to contracting and requisition needs, obligations, and revisions.
Coordinating workflow between the business, Procurement, Finance and Legal Departments.

Skills:
Strong proofreading and editing skills.
Strong computer skills in database management and document preparation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage heavy workload and aggressive timelines in a timely manner, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Strong organizational skills to proactively identify risks in timelines and communicate them to partners and stakeholders through to resolution.
Strong customer service focus, fielding status requests / updates from colleagues on items with time sensitivity and urgency.
High level of proficiency with written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with outside vendors/partners.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree highly desired.
2-4 years’ experience.

Compensation Range: $30 – $40.50/hr
