6076 Learning Operations Specialist

Description:
We are looking for a versatile Learning & Development Specialist with strong project management skills, enthusiasm for learning new skills, proficiency in project coordination and execution, and strong written and communication skills.

The Learning Specialist will support the Knowledge Development team in developing and executing learning strategies to support the business with primary responsibilities for:
Support the L&D team in completing assigned activities that span across the training process to meet the needs of a clinically regulated environment.
Maintain role-based training curricula and functional training matrices.
Evaluate new content for role-based training assignments.
Support the development of and management of learning communications.
Manage specific L&D projects.
Implement evaluation strategies for L&D initiatives and support collection and analysis of L&D program metrics.
Prepare learning analytics and visuals for L&D Governance meetings.
Design and develop L&D solutions and assets in line with learning strategy.
Contribute to overall KD process and operational practice, including identifying areas for improvement, problem solving, creating solutions.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and/or projects with multiple work streams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders.
Curate and source training content that will support function-specific learning paths.
Implementing creative delivery methods and utilizing various software solutions to optimize engagement with learning content and analytics strategy.
