6019 Marketing Manager
Duties:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead, Americas the Sr Marketing Manager, ROLA (Rest of Latin America) will manage all marketing efforts in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru.
They will be responsible for supporting and implementing marketing programs to establish a strong brand voice and drive profitable growth, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as PR/communications, growth marketing, design, global marketing, public policy, legal and country leadership to bring marketing campaigns to life.
In addition to exceptional discipline expertise and being highly detail-oriented, the successful candidate will demonstrate a natural disposition to hosting in their daily activities and a passion for creativity and design.
Skills:
Develop local ROLA marketing plans for greatest business and brand impact, driven by consumer understanding, seasonality, earned media, community engagement, and brand health metrics.
Collaborate across functions and regions, to develop highly effective, creatively excellent integrated marketing campaigns, including but not limited to advertising (TV, digital, social), engagement, communications Lead the execution, optimization, and reporting for each marketing campaign.
Align the marketing calendar across marketing efforts to maximize impact during key seasonal or release moments.
Lead the management of local agency partners, fostering best-in-class and highly productive agency partnerships.
Be an advocate for the ROLA consumer and an expert on the competitive landscape, surfacing relevant insights and shaping regional efforts so that marketing is locally relevant and breaks through.
Report on brand health and marketing activities working closely with global and regional marketing, internal media teams, FP&A, and marketing analytic teams.
Conduct and disseminate regular AARs (after action reviews) on projects including results, lessons learned and best practices to global, regional, and local internal and external partners.
Manage and track brand marketing budgets, ensuring effective use, meeting or exceeding efficiency targets.
Work with LATAM & Global finance and operations on budget forecasting and actualizing; ensuring timely SOWs and contracts with partners at all times; provide regular activity updates and reconciliations.
Education:
8+ years of relevant work experience at a start-up, agency or
8+ client-side marketing, with preference in the consumer, travel,
8+ design, technology, or lifestyle brands.
Experience leading regional marketing for a global brand across Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. Experience building from global strategies and creative to localize for regional relevancy.
An integrated marketing mindset with experience in amplifying campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, passion for creative excellence in storytelling through multiple media types.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy, and idea clearly and succinctly.
Proven leadership capabilities, building teams, networks, and communicating across national boundaries.
Collaborative in approach, empathetic in nature, and steadfast in intention.
Understands and takes pride in how their work contributes to the bigger picture.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
Experience managing media agency partners.
The ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Passion for travel.

Compensation Range: $100 to $117/hr
