With so much going on in so many places, we need an experienced organizational and administrative professional to join the team.
Duties:
The Company is seeking a Public Policy Administrative Coordinator to join the North America Campaigns Team for at least 6 months.
This role will report to the North America Campaigns Program Manager, and is a full-time position.
You need to be meticulously organized and detail-oriented, but can also see the big picture and make judgements about priorities whenever needed.
You are target-focused and find the fastest, most efficient way to get to our destination.
You’re a great team player without ego, who is willing to take on projects big and small.
You’re capable of working in cross-functional teams across cultures and time zones.
You have excellent communication skills and an ability to take big ideas and translate them into actions.
You can quickly navigate new and unfamiliar systems and processes – and design your own.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the North America Campaigns Team. This includes email and calendar management, budget management, note-taking, meeting preparation and follow up, report and resource/database maintenance.
Assist Regional Program Manager with ad-hoc operations projects such as offsite planning and virtual events.
You will assist and/or own content creation including drafting team-wide emails and updates.
You will liaise with various internal teams and assist in streamlining current processes and will partner with those teams to track and analyze budget and expenses.
Team support – you will work with managers in the North America Campaigns Team to organize various policy projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Build effective relationships with other teams within the Company as necessary.
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity.
Expertise in google suite, especially Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
Experience managing a budget.
An ability to exercise judgment and maintain strict confidentiality is paramount in this role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exhibit strong process-oriented skills and strive to find the most efficient way to do things without sacrificing a high quality of work and/or results.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver on priorities.
Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive and eager to learn.
Strong prioritization, multitasking and time management skills.
Experience with Google Apps is a plus.
Experience working on a Political Campaign or a Public Policy Team is a plus.
