Description:
The Experience Design team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst.
Through a strategic business lens, this role will be responsible to support the Experience Design Director and design project intake, discovery, current state process mapping, ROI reporting, strategy development, roadmap prioritization, industry research, and vendor resource onboarding/planning. Further, the Analyst will develop collection of documentation, the dissemination of high-level requirements, use cases, and user stories associated with prioritized projects.
As part of the project discovery and intake responsibilities, the analyst will work with other analytics and project teams to evaluate and document the available data surrounding, market analysis, and customer experience interactions or process gaps.
Additionally, this role will support scope development and the downstream decomposition of high-level requirements into logical end-to-end user stories for iterative delivery via Jira or similar repositories. Supporting the Experience Design Director, this resource will act as a skilled, and friendly negotiator building bridges for stakeholder collaboration.
By employing industry best practices, the business analyst is expected to develop models for cross-functional collaboration between internal and external stakeholders and partners.
The business analyst is responsible for capturing the fundamental scope and proposed ROI to manage iterative backlog grooming, organizational priorities, and critical path deliverables that yield impactful implementations.

This role will be responsible for to support the development of the Human Centered Design practice at the Company and will be expected to develop strategies and operational decisions via customer experience insights to impact the following communities:

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Process Improvement, Strategy, Data Analysis for Business/Brand Strategy, Product Strategy or Delivery, or Business Process Engineering, Technical
Writing or similar/work experience:
Project Management – PMP Certification, with Design/Agency Experience, a plus
Business Process Management – BPM Certification, a plus
Experience — At least 8 to 10 years of related working experience in the business analysis discipline. Also, experience working with business process reengineering, and product analysis.
