Support the marketing campaign production process, working with local, regional, and global teams to produce and deploy engagement marketing campaigns.
Leverage opportunities to incorporate personalization in content and channel mix.
Create derived data elements to incorporate into copy or imagery, i.e. create a data table, create values in data fields specific to individual audience members, and QA personalized elements rendered as expected.
Execute the production process while maintaining tight deployment timelines.
Ensure messaging is relevant, actionable, follows brand guidelines, and aligns with nuanced targeting decisions.
Ensure the appropriate marketing channels and tools are utilized for each campaign.
Create, customize, and execute scripts (SQL/Python) to build audiences for campaigns.
Quality check content and audiences.
Expertise building marketing campaigns in enterprise ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus).
Expertise working in a collaborative production process with an attention to detail that ensures only campaigns of the highest caliber are launched.
Strong analytical skills and ability to answer questions with SQL.
Ability to prioritize a diverse workflow and meet multiple deadlines.
Experience with HTML/CSS.
Ability to self-serve and take the initiative to explore new functionality and troubleshoot with a diverse ecosystem of marketing tools (CMS, ESPs/Marketing Automation platforms, form builders).
Experience with Python a plus.

Compensation range: $45 to $50/ hr
