The Job
The Global Campaign Operations team provides marketing, CRM, and analytics infrastructure to support the Company’s Public Policy and Communications departments (PC).
We are a robust team of technical marketing experts focused on driving measurable and scalable engagement campaigns.
Our work supports the Company’s legitimate and scalable operations in an increasingly regulated environment.
The tools, guidance, tactics, and analysis we offer stakeholders are utilized for local and global outreach. We also collaborate with other teams throughout the business to ensure our collective work creates an increasingly personalized and meaningful experience for Company Hosts and guests.
This role requires a strong understanding of CRM data architecture, how CRM end-users generate and consume data, and how to best leverage that data to create nuanced audiences for marketing campaigns.
This person will need to maintain existing data pipelines that bring data in and out of our CRM.
In order to be successful in this role they will also need to be able to collaborate with non-technical colleagues and distill their feedback into actionable technical improvements for our programs underlying data infrastructure.
Responsibilities include
Maintain and improve upon the pipelines that bring data in and out of the Company’s global Policy Comms CRM environment.
Support audience creation for outbound marketing campaigns, including email, push, SMS, and in-product notifications.
Leverage behavior based and modeled targeting to manage a segmentation methodology that drives strong engagement, offers relevant personalization, and maintains channel health.
Support ad hoc analytics needs to support Policy Comms with highly local and targeted audiences and the impact of our messaging on those groups.
Create ad-hoc automated and semi-automated systems to reduce the need for manual data entry across CRM and integrated tooling ecosystem.
Support local and regional Policy Comms teams around the world with regulatory, compliance, engagement, and tax analysis.
About You
3+ years in analytics, audience segmentation, data pipeline/ETL creation roles.
Expertise in SQL and Python.
Expertise in moving relational data between Salesforce CRM and other databases and building complex data environments.
Experience collaborating with multiple business units operating in a shared CRM environment where it’s critical to maintain clean and accurate data, ensuring permissions and visibility allow for accessibility while minimizing risk in unnecessarily exposing sensitive data.
Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM platform capabilities and functionalities.
Experience in solving business problems with Salesforce features and ecosystems.
Ability to incorporate feedback from CRM end-users into opportunities for improvements to tooling and data infrastructure, and then execute on those improvements.
Skills:
Experience working with complex and big data systems across a multitude of relationships and metrics. Ability to apply a creative and nuanced perspective to look beyond common data indicators in order to meet business goals.
Talent for breaking down complex technical concepts into common language and acting as a bridge between technical and departmental stakeholders.
Ability to self-serve and take the initiative to find answers to technical questions.

Compensation Range: $52 – $62.06/hr
