5006 Email Marketing Campaign Support
Duties:
The Marketing Engagement & Data Infrastructure team oversees the tooling, marketing strategy, CRM, and analytics infrastructure that supports the Company’s Public Policy and Communications departments (PC).
We are a robust team of technical marketing experts focused on driving measurable and scalable engagement campaigns.
The tools, guidance, tactics, and analysis we offer stakeholders support the Company’s legitimate and scalable operations in an increasingly regulated environment.
We also collaborate with teams throughout the company to ensure our collective work creates an increasingly personalized and meaningful experience for hosts and guests.
This role requires expertise to leverage our suite of marketing tools to build campaigns and to collaborate with stakeholders so that campaigns deliver measurable outcomes optimizing over time. This role will also dive into the nuances of our ecosystem of tools, channels, and production process.
Responsibilities
Support the marketing campaign production process, working with local, regional, and global teams to produce and deploy engagement marketing campaigns.
Execute the production process while maintaining tight deployment timelines.
Ensure our messaging is relevant, actionable, follows brand guidelines, and aligns with nuanced targeting decisions.
Ensure the appropriate marketing channels and tools are utilized for each campaign.
Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders on content personalization.
Support stakeholders with training, documentation, and tool access.

Skills:
Expertise building marketing campaigns in enterprise ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus).
Expertise working in a collaborative production process with an attention to detail that ensures only campaigns of the highest caliber are shared externally.
Ability to prioritize a diverse workflow and meet multiple deadlines.
Ability to self-serve and take the initiative to explore new functionality and troubleshoot with a diverse ecosystem of marketing tools (CMS, ESPs/Marketing Automation platforms, form builders).
Experience with HTML/CSS a plus but not essential.
Strong analytical skills and ability to answer questions with SQL a plus.
