4020 Sr. Business Analyst – Experience Design
Duties:
This role will be responsible to support experience design project intake, roadmap prioritization, resource planning, and the collection, documentation, and dissemination of high-level requirements associated with prioritized projects.
As part of the intake responsibilities, the analyst will work with the data warehouse teams to develop market analysis and customer experience gap findings.
Further, this role will support scope development and the downstream decomposition of high-level requirements into logical end-to-end user stories for iterative delivery.
Working in conjunction with the Experience Design Director, this resource will act as a skilled and friendly negotiator.
The analyst is expected to develop models for cross-functional collaboration between internal, and external stakeholders and partners.
The analyst is responsible for capturing the fundamental scope and proposed ROI to manage iterative backlog grooming, project priorities, and critical path deliverables.

Project Management – PMP Certification, with Design/Agency Experience a plus.
Business Process Management – BPM Certification, a plus.
6-8 years of experience.
