3973 Learning and Development Sr. Associate
This role is responsible for leading select Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives and supporting broader Talent Development activities.
The successful candidate will be the face of corporate Learning & Development to our employee population.
L&D Program Support
Define measures of effectiveness for appropriate trainings.
Serve as a thought partner to brainstorm appropriate L&D solutions from initial concepts to implementation.
Training administration for corporate L&D and DEI programs including, but not limited to:
Marketing of workshops and drafting communications in Constant Contact Scheduling workshops and other L&D/DEI events.
Participant enrollment and tracking.
Liaising with our external L&D/DEI partners (i.e. HRBPS, marketing and strategy partners).
Managing and update HR’s L&D and DEI BioWeb pages.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Handle internal and external requests and queries in a professional manner.
Energetic, self-motivated and willing to work in a team environment.
Need to make some independent decisions, specifically on how to handle specific tasks and finding efficient ways to complete them. (Attention to detail)
Will collaborate closely with the TD team, HRBPs, functional L&D employee and vendors. Communication will be vital to ensure projects run on time and those involved know when programs occur.
You will also be working with other departments to complete contracts and purchase orders.
Be comfortable with change. Organizational skills are paramount but with multiple programs running simultaneously – versatility, resilience and flexibility are critical.
Timelines can quickly change; being able to pivot will be key.
You will have a lot of support through the team, but will be asked to communicate if there are any questions you have, roadblocks cropping up in programs etc.
Your voice and efficiency will help keep things running smoothly.
Expert competency with standard software including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, O365, Excel. Comfortable with a technical aptitude for learning new systems and the ability to pick them up quickly.
Communication –excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
