3748 P&T Digital Business Analyst
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a P&T Digital Business Analyst to architect the product lifecycle process and digital platform solution.
This role is expected to:
Offer peer support and knowledge to team members.
Collect user feedback and suggestions, evaluate value propositions, work with IT, external consultants, and internal customers to implement solutions, both in the process world and digital world.
Subject matter expertise in digital platforms used to house collaborations, data, records and projects.
Lubricant PLM Dassault coordinator.
Lead and mature LPLM community of practice.
Influence Product PL direction for Dassault – product lifecycle (Enovia) and formulation (Enginuity).
Drive prioritization and delivery of enhancements to Dassault PLM.
Support end user needs, training, and issues in Dassault PLM; improve training and delivery.
Lead execution of process improvement opportunities through the pipeline to solution delivery.
Information and collaboration tools administration.
Manage and deliver continuous improvement to our data repositories (MS SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.).
Coordinate data foundation efforts with the Platforms for Lubricants P&T to enable self-serve analytics.
Develop visualizations and reports using Power BI and Spotfire and steward our analytics inventory.
Drive digital fluency: deliver training and support for common productivity tools; develop and lead digital citizen community; partner with enterprise IT to leverage digital expert resources.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or other relevant fields (concentration in information systems, preferred).
2-4 years of relevant experience required.
Experience using and developing in systems such as Dassault PLM (Enovia, Enginuity, or any other Product Lifecycle Management systems), SharePoint, Power BI, Spotfire, Tableu, Power Apps, OutSystems, etc.
Prior experience in process improvement (Lean Sigma, Agile methodologies, etc.).
Have an appetite to always learn about new technology and fit-for-purpose applications.
Ability to make recommendations to simplify and make work & digital platforms more efficient.
Have technical aptitude to understand how technology weaves in with people and organizations.
Able to step in to lead initiatives, long-term strategic planning.
Knowledge in coding and programming preferred.
