3737 Operations Analyst
In this role, you will support the Operations and DLX team to drive and support digital services, portfolio management, operational processes and assigned projects within T&D.
The Operations Project Manager will work both independently and with other members of the OPS & DLX team to support and, where needed, to develop and drive processes that provide T&D and our learners with the operational and training services to meet their learning needs.
The position will execute project management, tracking and managing existing processes while suggesting process improvements.
The Operations Project Manager will be team-oriented, interact with a diverse group of teammates, and work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Duties include but not limited to:
Drives T&D portfolio management processes and operational excellence by following agreed on processes, support core T&D services/priorities and reporting needs.
Execute on Portfolio, Digital and Operations project management duties to drive the implementation of key initiatives across T&D in partnership with stakeholders (i.e. IT) leveraging internal tools such as Jira, gApps, AirTable and SmartSheets.
Ensures alignment with other teammates and takes accountability for all assigned work is completed on-time and without compromise to quality.
Coordinates and facilitates project meetings, training sessions and related activities using Google Meets, Zoom and other virtual tools.
Compiles, enters, tracks, and generates content and data for T&D training programs and scorecard reporting.
Supports processes to deliver materials and communications to the department and external audiences as needed.
Oversees operational duties and communications across DLX and OPS with additional responsibilities across T&D (i.e. Action Teams, key projects).
Provides project management and coordination on assigned tasks and projects.
Works collaboratively, effectively and efficiently with all internal/external partners & stakeholders.
Completes all compliance training requirements. Reinforce with the team the importance of adhering to compliance policies. Raises questions proactively and seeks advice as needed.
Self-starter is critical, ability to ensure procedures and systems are optimized and compliant.

Minimum Education Level:
An AA Degree in life sciences or related field of study, or a high school diploma with 1-3 years experience (see below).
2-3 years experience in a corporate setting and 3 years experience in project management, digital projects and customer facing roles.
Working knowledge of the Company’s digital ecosystem, existing CMG platforms and internal IT/operational processes is highly desirable.
Strong expertise in project management, Agile frameworks (i.e. SCRUM, SAFe) and change management.
Organized, independent, team player, able to follow instructions, good written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills and customer service.
Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Google gSuite.
Working knowledge of LMS, CMS and Website management and reporting a plus.
Able to work in a flexible and fast paced environment that is constantly changing.
