3508 Engineer I
Duties:
Red line P & IDs.
CIP commissioning and troubleshooting.
SIP commissioning and troubleshooting.
Piping walk downs.
Turn over packages review.
Process troubleshooting.
Data mining for troubleshooting or improvement purposes.
Help develop and maintain P & IDs throughout the project duration.
Review/comment on piping routing drawings, layout drawings, and Isometric drawings.
Review/comment on instrument specification data sheets.
Support CIP/SIP design/commissioning/troubleshooting.
Provide design support for Valve Array modifications.
Develop Equipment/Process Commissioning Documentation to support equipment changes.
Review/comment/support process IQ/OQ execution.
Develop/Perform equipment/process studies to ensure equipment capabilities.
Work with vendors to ensure proper quality and timely delivery of equipment turnover packages.
Perform equipment calculations as necessary to procure equipment.
Work with support groups to provide training documentation on new equipment.
The engineer will focus on the configuration of the Basecamp 2.0 system.
The engineer will be responsible for data pertaining to areas of: sites, process area, steps, activities, parameters, unit of measure, sampling, equipment, and template configurations.
They will need to compile feedback from pre-existing users and first-phase lessons learned to make updates that support business needs.
Skills:
1-2 years experience in pharmaceutical or high-tech experience, Clean utilities and or water purification. Project Manager or project engineer experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s of science in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical.
Willing to accept resumes with Molecular Biology degrees/backgrounds as well.
