3380 Machine Learning Engineer
The position:
The Early Clinical Development Informatics (ECDi) AI team leverages AI to enhance the design and execution of clinical trials.
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with passion to support AI/ML projects in computer vision and medical imaging.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with AI and imaging scientists in machine learning work streams including but not limited to semantic segmentation, object detection and classification.
Work closely with ML and data engineers in end-to-end machine learning and data pipelines.
Work closely with front-end developers in developing web-based tools for medical applications.
Qualifications:
PhD in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Computational Biology, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics), preferably with a thesis on a computer vision-related topic.
Demonstrated experience with Python and analysis of image-like data.
Strong knowledge in supervised machine learning and semi-supervised machine learning.
Proficiency with Pytorch.
Proficiency using Git version control.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of classical image processing or computer vision.
Good knowledge of Generative Adversarial Networks.
Previous experience in medical image processing is preferred.
Familiar with Pytorch lightning.
Familiar with development tools for experiment tracking, dataset versioning, and model management in machine learning.
Experience with C++, Java or Javascript is a plus.
Proficiency with Shell script.
