2652 Sr Program Manager
Duties:
This role is responsible for driving program scoping, builds, and operationalization across a suite of technology products and services that make it a safe and reliable platform.
You will be the primary interface between design, product, engineering, data science, and operations. Some roles on this team will drive products along the product development lifecycle whereas others will drive operations integrations.
About you:
You have a proven track record of launching complex products in highly constrained environments through the full scope of the product development lifecycle.
You have a strong technical background and experience building software products.
You have phenomenal problem-solving skills.
You are detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to identify and manage blocking issues.
You build great relationships and can drive alignment across large cross-functional teams.

In this role, you’ll get to:
Lead cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and engineering, in conception, scoping, building, and launching various trust and safety products.
Drive clarity and definition for programs and processes across the organization.
Proactively enhance the Program Management function and Trust Defense organization.
Build and maintain program schedules, identify risks, and critical paths, and drive delivery.
Collate program resources and escalate resource gaps and acceleration opportunities.
Communicate progress and challenges across programs and products to executives.
Capture product requirements and convert them into a plan with tradeoffs for best-case outcomes.
We are looking for people who have:
6-10 years of program management and technical delivery experience.
Expert understanding of project management and maturation fundamentals.
Expertise with tools such as confluence, Jira, smartsheets, MS project, and Asana.
Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups and stakeholders is imperative.
Education:
Professional Program Management certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
