2001 Backend Software Engineer

We have a team called Support Products which is responsible for this goal.
The team owns all of the touchpoints involved in providing support, including portions of our website and mobile apps, as well as our contact channels (phone, messaging), and the internal tools that our customer support agents use to provide support throughout the world.
We are looking for a full-stack engineer who can help us advance our self-solve capabilities by adding self-solve actions in our Help Center.
Work with our Design and Content teams to add new self-solve capabilities in our help center articles and landing pages.
Work with partner teams to figure out which API’s our backend services would need to call to get relevant information.
Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to define, capture, and use real-time event data to run our A/B experiments.
7+ years of software development experience.
4+ years of experience building Java services.
4+ years of experience building in a Service Oriented Architecture.
Understanding of data structures and problem solving approaches, and ability to articulate trade offs.
Excellent communication skills.
(Preferred) B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
(Preferred) Experience with A/B experiments.
