1647 Change Management Associate

Duties:
Looking for a person interested in a development opportunity in change management.
Lead communication and organization change management on Site Transformation and network IT/OT Transformation efforts.
Provide support where needed in site initiatives and COVID-19 Incident Management Team (IMT).
Prior communication and change management experience.
Prior experience with being part of a major change/transformation effort.
Knowledge of LPS & Agile would be a plus.

Gig Deliverables and Milestones:
Timely communication and change management.
Frequent outreach to stakeholders; facilitate Q&A and Feedback sessions.
Support Transformation sprints and design teams; may require facilitation support.
