1562 Planning Manager
Duties:
Responsible for accelerating execution of our high priority solutions that make the Company a safe and reliable platform.
You will help shape the collective future of Trust and enable greater strategic vision, tighter connection, and more effective execution across product, engineering, data analytics, and operations.
In this role you will:
Lead an initiative to select and implement a project management tool to build Product & Operations roadmap that is approved by Trust Leadership and key stakeholders.
Create a long-term plan with a visualization of the 3-year roadmaps of all disciplines in Trust (e.g. Product, PMO, Ops) that is approved by Trust Leads, Planning Managers, and key stakeholders.
Lead an initiative to drive a high-performance culture in Trust, emphasizing three key areas: Accountability, Collaboration, and Domain Expertise.
Skills:
Expertise in project planning that includes a timeline, scope, key deliverables/milestones, and risks. Expertise with project management tools e.g. Airtable, Asana, Confluence, Jira.
You have a proven track record of planning, creating, and owning a product portfolio roadmap.
You have phenomenal problem solving, strategic, and structured thinking skills.
You are detail- and results-oriented, having an ability to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to identify and manage blocking issues.
You are able to synthesize and effectively communicate insights for executive and senior leadership team.
You build great relationships and can drive alignment across large cross-functional teams.
You enjoy learning how products are built and run and can distill complex systems and processes into simple written and verbal communications.
You are excellent at connecting the dots across initiatives and ensuring cross-functional teams are focused on delivering what matters most.
You thrive in ambiguous and face-paced environments, demonstrating outstanding analytical skills with can-do demeanor and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
MBA preferred.
Project Management Professional certification preferred.

Compensation Range: $95 to $103.45/hr
