1381 Compliance Operations Analyst
Description
The Compliance Operations Analyst will play a critical role on the Experience and Engagement Compliance (XEC) team at the Company, empowering them to advance their goal of seamless, consistent and meaningful patient and customer experiences by enabling effective navigation of the evolving compliance environment.
This role performs a wide range of operational, analytical, system, and compliance responsibilities in support of the Speaker Bureau Services (SBS), Advisory Board Services (ABS), Funding Program Operations (FPO), and Learning Systems Management (LSM) teams within Experience and Engagement (XO).
The role requires an individual with strong subject matter expertise on internal company policies and state and federal laws specific to interactions with healthcare professionals, as well as an in-depth understanding of the Commercial organization’s compliance requirements, processes, and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
Broadly understand all relevant national, state, and local regulations and maintain up-to-date awareness of changes, both active and pending, that will impact or influence the work of the Company.
Ensure consistency and compliance with Company standards, laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of company activities.
Review and approve speaker and advisory board activity requests to ensure they are fully compliant with governing laws, regulations, and company-specific policies and procedures.
Communicate with requesters to answer questions and advise on policy and compliance requirements.
Conduct ongoing process monitoring of ad board and speaker bureau data to ensure compliance, and report findings to the HCO on a quarterly basis.
Support efficient and compliant operations, logistics vendors, and marketing partners by analyzing data, providing reports, and conducting back-end system administration.
Review and validate advisory board executive summaries and pull-through documentation.
Ensure ad board compliance-related documentation is submitted in a timely manner by ad board leads.
Maintain and update when needed team SOPs/work instructions to ensure adequate documentation standards are in place to enable team operations.
Contribute to finding and implementing solutions to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of SBS, ABS and any applicable HCP engagement organized activities.
Triage compliance concerns and/or questions to manager and/or the HCO if needed, to ensure adequate follow-up and resolution.
Serves as the business owner for gFRS. (Navigation within the system may be up to 25-50% of the role).
Ensure alignment between the Policy on Financial Support to Healthcare-Related Entities and the gFRS system.
Manage processes, training, and communication associated with any changes.
Review, appropriately characterize, make decisions on, and appropriately process funding requests based on relevant company policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
Act as a lead for compliance guidance, providing ongoing policy and operations guidance to internal stakeholders.
Provide customer service and guidance to external organizations regarding the grant application process and pending grant requests.
Improve internal and external stakeholder/partner/vendor experience by enhancing processes, system and capabilities.

Compensation Range: $80 to $85.99/hr
