0886 Administrative Assistant
Duties:
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, and be outcome-oriented.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities:
Manage Vaccine mandate process including working closely with third party administrator for compliance, maintaining reports, follow up with workers/managers/security.
Provide general administrative support, email support, submitting invoices for payment, audits, schedule meetings, etc.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution for their inquiries.
Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Skills:
Must have expertise in Outlook.
Proficiency with standard office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) desired.
Responsiveness to deadlines, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team effort.
Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in an Administrative Assistant role/ managing compliance.
Previous experience within HR and the Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma required; AA or BA preferred.
