0159 Implementation Project Manager

Duties:
Collaborate with Trust Ops SMEs and cross functional stakeholders to launch and execute various strategic and operational initiatives aimed at improving the operation.
Confirm project goals and key results that align with strategic vision.
Gain buy-in, track results and update progress to key stakeholders.
Build and maintain detailed project plans with tasks, resources, dependencies and deadlines.
Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
Work with the project team to ensure on-time completion of key milestones and flag blockers or delays with key project sponsors or stakeholders.

Skills:
Must have 2-4 years of experience in Project Management.
No industry specific skill required.
Experience in building business process and setting business standards.
Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient with Project Management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Gant charting, change logs, etc
2 + years of experience in Atlassian software development and collaboration tools (ticket management, ex. JIRA, Confluence) Not an expert but must be proficient in Atlassian.
Multi-tasking capabilities as we grow fast and changes come up frequently.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with management and leadership teams.
Most of this will be handled by the team’s leads. Having this experience would only benefit the team.
Ability to work with ambiguity.

Nice To Have
Stake holder management; working with various stake holders to win over or get buy in from multiple stake holders.
Strong negotiation skills.

Education:
Degree not required if they possess applicable experience
Should be familiar with different types of project management strategies or certified in PMP, CAPM, CSM, APM, PPM, or related education.
Completion of the Project Management Pathway in Degreed (or similar).
Not afraid to ask questions, to get the information you need.
You may have 3+ years experience or 2 years plus relevant education that provides similar experience.
